Many of my images now are shot with multiple exposures for a balanced HDR look. HDR is the blending together of several photographs with bracketed exposures. This will produce an image with wonderful shadow, highlight, tonal and dynamic range. It is possible to limit the effect of HDR and develop an image that is close to a naturally exposed single image. My HDR images are comprised of three or more photos and processed for a balanced look. I will also process for an artistic effect. I use neutral density filters and polarizers when shooting landscapes. I believe this adds to the dynamic range of the image.
